Miss Lindsey is a preschool teacher. The children in her class adore her; they wake up on school days excitedly chanting "Miss Lindsey. Miss Lindsey" as they get dressed and climb into their minivans. She cheerfully leads them in song and story time, patiently attends to cuts and bumps and judiciously breaks up arguments over trucks or Nilla Wafers. At the end of each day she kisses each boy and girl on the forehead, gives their parents a detailed account of the day, and wishes them a good evening at home.
